Great location close to the UBS arena. I went for a K-pop concert.i felt safe, around the area there’s a lot of places to eat and to buy groceries too. Really close to the train station. The premises were very clean and the staff really friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay for another concert if I have to.

The place was ok for one night of sleep but it's supposed to be non- smoking. Our whole room, including sheets, smells like weed smoke. So much so that our clothes and hair smell. This place needs a BIG upgrade!

We stayed here 1 night with our family. A bunch of shady characters hanging around the main lodge. The whole place is falling apart. It can use serious remodeling. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Eventually you can smell it in our bedroom. (Which 2 of us are asthmatic) people smoking pot outside the main door. Inside our room was dirty. The floors were dirty as well. The room was very outdated. The pillows were down to nothing, the walls were peeling paint.

So one bed was uncomfortable but main problem was there was a insect(centipede big) on our room. I make a video of it and shown to reception but all they said ok we will look but nothing after that no sorry no refund

Stayed two nights. The room was clean. However the hallways reeked of smoke and pot. Other guests were loud during the evening and early hours of the morning. We will not stay there again.

Property is a bit tired, but clean enough. Staff on reception lacked customer service skills. Some of the guests looked like they were ‘going through a rough time’! Approx 8 minute walk to local train station.
