Staff is amazing, all the ladies at the front desk are helpful, kind & welcoming. Rooms are basic, very clean but outdated…didn’t expect a lot better for the price point, but could be a lot worse for the price as well so I was pleased. The heavy TV that was barely attached to the wall fell off the wall & onto my finger almost breaking my finger into pieces worst pain I’ve experienced since child birth lol the TV isn’t a new TV so it is so heavy I could barley life it on my own with one hand available. I simply touched it while trying to adjust the volume on the side & it fell off the wall which is fault of whoever was responsible for installing them, if it had happened to one of my kids I would have sued lol or at least reported it to the front desk. Breakfast is very basic, started very late one day of my stay like 3hrs later than normal but was shut down by the normal time which I found to be very disappointing because it isn’t fair to the guest that we lost time due to their lack of starting on time, other than the couple issues this is a great place to stay short term or a few days while on vacation or whatever

When we tried to refund our stay after walking in The room, we were told it was more than 15 minutes since we checked in and they would not refund us. The room was dirt, the bathroom door was missing and both door frames were busted. Staff was extremely rude and I would not recommend. Worst experience I’ve ever had

We checked in, and we were asked if a ground floor room was ok. That’s fine, as long as there is no access from outside was my reply. We went to the room, and found it had windows that opened, and it wouldn’t even lock. The door had a hole where the deadbolt locked, and the chain lock had been broken off the frame recently. It stunk, there were no towels (even hand towels) and the TV didn’t work.. not that I was staying there with my young daughter at that point anyway. We immediately booked a new hotel, and I’m trying to get a refund from this dump. Don’t book this place!!!!

The room smelled with an manly sweaty order. The bath tub/shower has not been cleaned because there were hard water stains, mildew stains and mild stains. The room just felt dirty. There was not any comforter on the bed, just a bed sheet. The halls were dirty and did not feel safe to be in. The parking lot had people hanging around in it, questionable people that made us feel unsafe. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone.
