We arrived at the hotel and took the back entry as we parked our car there. There were all full ashtrays next to the exit. The whole stairway smelled like ashtray and cigarettes. We were in our room and suddenly another couple opened our door as they had recieved the same code for the room as we did. Room was double booked. During our stay the room smelled like cigarettes all the time as the exit was under our balcony and everybody was smoking there and the smell entered the room. Room itself was clean and OK tough.

Downgrade room
Code number for key box was not informed before arriving. I booked quadruple room and twin room for total 5 people, but this hotel prepared triple room and double room. He explained me that he gave us upgrade rooms, but I couldn't believe that from quadruple room to triple room is the upgrade. After long discussion, finally he changed our room for correct one. It was obvious that quadruple room is larger than triple room and number of beds are also different. His offer was downgrade room and he tried to deceive us. Only his personality was the problem in this stay. Room itself was no problem.

Såg inte till någon personal, och blev lite förvånad när ingången var på baksidan. Fick en kod som man tog sig in med. Frukosten var inte som man är van vid på hotell. Inte mycket att hurra för, men man får vad man betalar för. Rummet kan man inte klaga på.

Ældre hotel som man desværre har prøvet at shine op med en plakat af palmer henover sengen. Der var hår på håndklæder og væggen i badeværelset og en mystisk hvid plet på gulvtæppet mellem sengen og badeværelset. Det gik for en enkelt nat, men ikke mere end acceptabelt. Kan ikke vurderer på personalet, da vi ikke så noget. Der stod at receptionen var åben mellem 10-22, men da vi ankom 16.30 var alt lukket. Vi havde dog fået en kode som vi kunne lukke os ind med af bagindgangen. Døren var dog i stykker og stod åben hele natten. Morgenbuffet var meget uinspirerende og der blev ikke fyldt op.
