Greeted by a very pleasant and friendly girl on reception, who welcomed us and explained where our room was, plus gave us the vouchers for the morning's breakfast at the service station opposite.
There is replenishment available for the tea and coffee facilities at reception, as well as snacks and drinks on offer to purchase.
Room was very clean and spacious.
Very comfortable bed, tv was great too.
Bathroom spotless, with plenty of loo roll, shampoo and soap.
I would highly recommend this hotel as a base for the surrounding area, as very close to lots of attractions if you aren't from the area.
Rooms ok but not very clean. Mould, damp, dirty carpets, and beds not great. Breakfast is a voucher for 'The Good Breakfast' at the services over the road which we had to ask for and should have been guven to us when we checked in and had to fight to get them with the guy and the desk who said we didnt have breakfast as we didnt pay for it and it came under 'Amenities' which i had to explain to him meant we purchased it, then only gave us 2 instead of 4 vouchers so missed out on 2 breakfasts we paid for.
Rooms not great, carpets dirty, mould and damp, not ventilation.
Wouldnt go back. Would rather spend £30 more for a premier inn
I was able to check in early which was great as I had traveled all night and was quite tired. Room was clean and staff very nice. Did seem to be some noise from some truck that was in the gas station near... just a low idle from some big rig.. over all good stay
