This expansive home offers a harmonious blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, boasting both a hot tub and pool table making it the perfect destination for families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a tranquil mountain getaway. We will generally leave our guests to be, but live in the area so we are available should issues arise.

Our home is technically located in the county, but is just minutes from the city limits of Flagstaff. There is also a bike park there for all levels.

This is a great property to bring your toys and take your side by sides, dirt bikes or ATVs straight from the property to miles of trails along Old Munds Highway.

We are about 7 minutes from the University and downtown for families visiting their kids or those that want to check out the cute shops and good food.

People love to visit Northern Arizona for it's cooler temperatures in the summer and playing in the snow in the winter. We feel lucky to live here and like getting to share this with you, but snow in the winter can cause some logistical obstacles. As hosts, we will do our very best to keep pathways and driveways clear for guests, but it's not uncommon for Flagstaff to receive a foot or two of snow in a short period of time and this makes snow removal a challenge. Snow does create some obstacles for hosts and guests alike, so we want to be sure guests can know what to expect from us during the snowier times of year and what we in return ask of our guests.
1) Guests can expect that prior to their arrival the driveway and paths to the home have been plowed at some point during the day of their arrival. However, if the driveway is plowed in the morning and more snow falls between morning time and check in you may arrive to the days accumulation of snow on the drive. Guests can either drive over the snow or clear the snow with shovels provided. We only are able to do snow removal once a day. We do our very best to time our snow removal at the end of storms, but it doesn't always work out that way.
2) THE BERMS! Any and every Flagstaff or Williams resident dreads the berm removal. What is the berm? The berm is a pile of snow at the end of your driveway caused by the snow plows pushing the snow from the streets to the side. There is nothing worse than shoveling your entire driveway only to have the plow come by and make a big berm you now have to clear before you can leave. We ALL dread the berm. As hosts we have NO WAY of knowing when the plows will come by. Because of this, it is possible that guests will arrive to a plowed driveway with a Berm at the end. If this happens guests will need to either drive over the berm (vehicle dependent) or use the provided shovels to make enough of an entry for your car to get through. Our snow removal crew will be around within the next 24 hours to take care of the rest. We are not a hotel with full time snow removal, so should you arrive during a snow storm please know we are doing our best.
3) Finally, something we love about Flagstaff is the sun after the snow, BUT this does mean the snow melts during the day and the wet turns into ice at night. We have a bucket with ice melt our guests are welcome to use on icy areas. Please only use if there is ice as the salt is not god for the cement and trees. Also use sparingly as a little salt goes a long way.
4) We offer landscaping services during the warmer months and snow removal during the colder months. Those services may happen during your stay. If you have any questions or concerns regarding someone on the property, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Wedding Party
This property was perfect for our family as we were in town for our daughter’s wedding down the road at Forest Highlands Golf Club. We hosted parties for large groups on both Thursday and Friday nights before the wedding and it was so much fun! We played a lot of pool and the kids made s’mores at the fire pit. My only suggestion would be to have more kitchen towels as there were only 2 that were provided. We did have issues with the dishwashers in both houses, but I’ve contacted Jane about those. I gave it a 4 for the online listing as it stated there were 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Unless I missed something, there were 2 bedrooms in the guesthouse and 4 in the main; 2.5 bathrooms in the main house and 2 in the guesthouse. However, there were enough beds for everyone. Overall, it’s a beautiful home and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home!
The property was exactly as described! Check in, check out process and messaging host was flawless. The home was beautiful and accommodated our party of 12 with plenty of individual beds, plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen space with all needed appliances. It is located close to downtown Flagstaff for opportunities to experience all attractions including easy travel to the Grand Canyon. There was a great outdoor space to gather and was a quiet and peaceful location with lots of seating and a fire pit. We enjoyed the hot tub daily. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Spacious, close-in property
Nice property minutes from NAU. Quiet even though it's right next to 17 and 89A, and right next to the airport. The pool table entertained the masses for hours. We didn't end up using the hot tub but it was well maintained by a guy who stopped by twice during the week we were there. The main house kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and maybe glass glasses, but it was nice to know if we hadn't brought our own, a crockpot and blender were available in both houses. It was nice having the ability to laundry if needed. We were pretty thankful to find the ironing board and iron. Overall clean and pleasant. There were a few cleaning details (not much vacuuming under furniture and we happened to look because someone was always losing something, a lot of cigarette butts left on guest house patio and some random stuff like old water bottles in the yard past the lawn). Lots of seating in the backyard and the house. Jane is excellent as far as communication. We would definitely stay there again.
