Charming 1 bedroom end unit condo offering spectacular views from a private balcony. Located in a quiet Country Club neighborhood with close access to hiking trails and golf, yet within a short driving distance to downtown and shopping. There are 2 golf courses nearby within walking distance - the Timberline Short Nine course and an 18 hole Continental Golf Club public course. Perched up on the hill, this condo offers privacy and beautiful mountain views!

The condo is equipped with high speed WiFi and has dedicated work space for business travelers.
It has a newly installed central air conditioning to provide guests with cooling comfort during the warmer summer months!

Cozy Condo
We truly enjoyed our stay. Very nicely appointed. Im a cook, and so often pots and pans are just someones old left over. Nice cookware. Plenty of dishes. Everything we might have needed during our stay was there.It snowed while we were there and we just cuddled on the couch and did some binge Netflix watching. Nice comfy bed. Easy to get around town. Not to far from the Grand Canyon. Communication with owners was easy. Will stay there again if the occasion arises.

The location was close to Flagstaff attractions, while also being in a very quiet area. Bed was super comfortable; sheets were ultra soft. Shower heads were awesome. Loved the decor! Had all we needed for a great stay!

Great location in quiet neighborhood, the property was newly renovated and was very tastefully decorated. The deck was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. I would highly recommend this rental.

The condo was very well kept and had everything you needed. I love the balcony and were able to see deer walk by. The only suggestion i have is to clean out the drain in the shower. The water would back up in the tub. This is something we all have to deal with and super easy to fix. Enjoyed hiking all the local trails and the neighbors in the whole complex were very friendly too. This was actually our second time staying there. Thank you for everything. Donna

Very clean, comfortable property that had everything we needed in a quiet area of Flagstaff. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and we spent hours relaxing on the private deck enjoying the peace and quiet, as well as the wildlife. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Nice visit to Flagstaff
The condo is small but was very clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and very nice to walk. We also enjoyed the Campbell Mesa trails nearby. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked. Reservation, communication and checkout went smoothly and we didn't encounter any problems. Overall this is a very nice accommodation for two people.

Easily accessible to major highways, outside downtown Flagstaff. Really thorough instructions for getting in/out. Everything as expected. Great communication as needed, very responsive to questions. Perfect bed. All kitchen amenities for home cooking.

My husband and I stayed the night here and was very happy with it. The place is cozy, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen is stocked with good coffee and bathroom has quality brand soap available. The neighborhood is beautiful. We would love to come back. Our small dog was also able to come with us so that was very convenient.

Property Owner Communication and understanding was outstanding
Our stay at this Cozy Country Cottage was interrupted by a winter snow storm. Daniella was so responsive and easy to get in touch with. She was very understanding of the situation due to the very dangerous weather and worked with us on amending our reservation. Daniella was so pleasant to deal with and the next time we get back to Flagstaff we will be staying at this Cozy Cottage. Thank you again Daniella for being so wonderful to work with.
