This remodeled 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom town home features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, modern finishes and a cozy country club pine tree location. Primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom has two twin sized beds and private deck and the living room has a fold out couch. There are two decks one with a grill for your use, an open floor plan and a full size garage. *One portable a/c unit in each bedroom, NO central air conditioning.

The host was great but the amenities were a little damaged. There were spider webs in the bedrooms and minor damages to the bathroom fixtures. We also didn't know that the stairs would be as steep as they were, I had two elderly women traveling with me and they struggled with the stairs. The parking situation was less than ideal as you had to park in the garage in order to no block the neighbors. The rules listed on VRBO did not match the rulebook left on the table at the house, nothing major was different but a few things so it would have been nice if it matched. The location was nice, a good park of town and easy to get around.

This was a great place tomato for a quick weekend (bringing kids back to college). The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We appreciated the space in the garage to park our van, especially with the cold/wintery weather. Supplies were stocked. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We’d stay here again, for sure!

Home away from home. The unit had everything needed… toiletries (soft toilet paper was a plus!), kitchen amenities and spices. Comfortable, cozy and spacious! Love that one bedroom had two beds for teen kids. Close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely better than a hotel room. And being able to park in the garage was great!!
