The house was great and had everything a family could need to include a high chair! It was in a great neighborhood with Park near by. Great location to go into downtown flagstaff or into Williams! Plenty of sleep space and very very comfortable beds!! Great Stay!!

Excellent location and home
This was a graduation celebration trip for my grandchildren. I wanted somewhere safe but close to the Grand Canyon and surrounding area. This house was perfect. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and good location. I had three18 year olds and a 16 year old with me and we had a wonderful week thanks to the conveniences of this beautiful place. It was also great to have the AC since it was super hot while we were there

Excellent Family Vacation House
We had 4 adults and 4 kids, everybody really loved the accommodations of this house. The backyard is shaded so it retained snow for a while for the kids to play in, everything was well stocked and labeled. I will be looking to book this house again.

This house was comfortable for 8 people to stay. Easy access to the Deer farm and Polar express. The Last Haul Smoke & Grill is very close, and is a nice place to get tasty food.

Perfect Family Getaway!!!
Perfect Family Getaway!!! We booked this property for my Family of 6 for a spontaneous retreat. Although this being our first booking through VRBO, we are not new to short-term rentals as guests. This house has been the best experience we have had so far! The communication with the host was fast and easy. He included lots of useful information and answered any questions we had throughout the entire process. We felt at home from the moment we stepped in! We had quite a few plans in terms of outdoor activities, that we postponed because we just enjoyed staying at this home so much. The living room is spacious, and the fireplace makes it super cozy! The place was sparkling clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was great too! We will definitely rent again!

Renters be very aware
We booked this property and the listing said dogs were allowed and it was a special deposit for dogs, not per dog. Two days into the stay the owners changed the listing info from ‘dogs allowed’ to ‘2 dogs max under 20 pounds’ and messaged us saying we needed to pay much larger amount. Stating the limit was 2 dogs under 20 pounds. Luckily we had a screen shots of the listing info when we booked it and I made them aware what they were doing was very crooked. I also filed a claim with Vrbo and they are aware of the listing changes, etc. we ended up cutting our stay short as we didn’t want to deal with people this. Make sure you get the renters insurance if you book with these people. Luckily we did, cause they filed a large claim for ‘carpet cleaning’ which by no means was needed. My advice is get the renters insurance, because from our experience I think getting a deposit back could very questionable or unlikely.

Wonderful property!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was well appointed, cozy, clean and in a perfect location. Will certainly be staying here again when we come up to visit our college student!
