The cops had to come to remove people right outside our room. Especially frustrating when we paid over 300 for one night.

Dirty and questionable surroundings
Apparently this motel is not for travelers but for the unhoused population. There were many people drinking/smoking/sharing needles in the parking lot. Questionable people all around… maybe prostitutes? The room was dirty and stank of smoke. The front desk guy was yelling at some guy checking in while I used the kiosk. He pushed the guy out the door. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. It was loud. A big homeless population park in the Cracker Barrel parking lot next door. Dog crap everywhere.

Bed was horrible!! Also no shampoo, body wash or conditioner. Thankfully I brought my own body wash. Very loud. The people above us we smoking weed. Plus they charged me a $50. Deposit, so random. Then when you check out it is returned. ??

Very limited amenities and I would recommend staying on the top floor. Our stay was on the bottom floor and we could hear every moment made by guests above us which kept us up for several nights of our stay. Although they say you can request housekeeping that is all you can do as they don't do it until you check out. If you stay is long, also be prepared to take out your own trash as they don't do that either until check out.

there's not a lot of customer service so don't expect that. usually there's shampoo and stuff in rooms at hotels unless I'm just spoiled because there is nothing but one bar of soap. the pictures make the hotel or rooms look way better than they actually do. but all in all it was a good stay. I'm interested to see how long it takes them to send back the $50 incidental. considering people that are locals there told me that they never got theirs back.

The reason i gave a 2 in one of the reviews was because it smelt like smoke and other chemicals everytime i came into the room i think it was the prople in the other room next to me you should probaly do a daily check on rooms if you want to but overall everything was amazing
