Parking is south of Aspen Ave, in the alleyway, between Mogollon and Aztec.
This rental unit is in a compound with 2 other rentals. You have a private patio as well as some shared yard space.
Parking for this space is off the Alleyway. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.
Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
Pet Policy: Guest may bring up to 2 dogs. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of our pet policy guidelines:
Supervision and Behavior: Please refrain from leaving your dog unattended inside the home, especially if they tend to be loud or have a tendency to be destructive. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
Backyard Enjoyment: Your pet is more than welcome to enjoy the backyard space. Feel free to let them run and play. However, we kindly ask that you clean up after them promptly to keep the area clean and pleasant for all.
Clean-Up Supplies: For your convenience, we've provided bags and a scooper to assist you in cleaning up any messes your pet may make. Proper disposal of waste is important to us, so please use these supplies when needed.
Leash Requirement: When your dog is outside of the house or yard area, they must be leashed at all times. This is to ensure their safety and the safety of other guests and neighbors.
