I was disappointed in paying for breakfast. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. For not being free it was not tasty. When paying for breakfast it’s expected that it is at least tasty but the pancakes were gummy, hard to cut and difficult to chew.

We got the hotel early from Phoenix and our room was ready but they wanted to charge us $25 to check in early...which most hotels if your room is ready they will let you check in early. The charged us $10 to park our car...which i find strange at a hotel...not a resort. They asked me if I wanted 2 keys and I asked them if they were going to charge me for the 2nd key. The rooms were supposed to be queen beds and were not...full beds at best. Overall not excited but it was only for 1 night...I would not stay here again...

Nice new property, tucked away on its own street. Pool is clean, but not that warm. The kids don't mind, at least it’s indoors for a November swim. The beds are comfortable and we got a nice quiet nights sleep. There are trains that come through every 20 minutes or so they are just far enough away that you can see them but not hear them. The only thing I was a little disappointed on is I should have paid more attention to the hotel description, breakfast is available not complimentary and parking is available but not free. $8 isn’t terrible for hotel parking, but I feel it does more of a negative to add it after instead of just putting it in the original price of the stay without anyone even knowing.

Good ol Flagstaff
Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is good with enough variety for all. Hotel is clean and updated. Rooms are average size but clean and comfortable. Fit our family of 5 with hideabed couch that was comfortable enough for my 12 yr old to like it. Bathroom was clean and had the basics. Only 2 things to mention, had to pay $8 per person for breakfast pwhich we didn’t know beforehand and $7 for parking which I didn’t mind because the snow had been plowed from the parking lot and cinders put down. Lastly, it is conveniently located for people who don’t know Flagstaff well, which I do, so made grabbing dinner or any other needed items a breeze. Enjoy!
