The house features an open floor plan that allows your group to spend time together while finding moments to themselves.The property accommodates up to 10 guests with four bedrooms, five beds (one king, three queens, and one full), and two bathrooms.

The living room has oversized couches, a television, a gas fireplace, and a table area perfect for playing cards. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, coffee station, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

We provide bed linens, bath towels, and basic toiletries. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience!

Enjoy a drink on the deck or gather around the campfire. The outdoor area features a gas grill, patio furniture, hammocks, and plenty of seating for your group. Wake up, grab a cup of coffee, and explore the private trails in the backyard. Door County nature at its finest!

PLEASE NOTE: After making your reservation, you’ll receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and schedule your security deposit through our management system, Owner Rez. Completing both items is required to confirm the terms and conditions of your stay. The security deposit is a "hold" on your card; no charge will be made unless damage occurs. This hold will be processed two days before check-in and automatically released five days after check-out.

Family fall weekend
Property was beautiful. Walked the trails, had an evening bonfire. What fun!! The home was comfortable loved the big kitchen space. Enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage. All in all an excellent weekend up north door county!!

Sibling trip to Door County
We had a great stay at Orchard Ranch! The location was great, easy to get to Fish Creek, Egg Harbor, Sister Bay, and even Bailey’s Harbor! The property was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated! Cooking was made easy with all the pots and pans. It also had a great grill and a nice fire pit! We would definitely visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very responsive and made sure we had plenty of information about the area and the house. Very clean. We enjoyed all the things to do around the house like ping pong, disc golf, other yard games… enjoyed walking on the trails… we had everything we needed at the house. Lots of things close by to do. Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great for our group of 7. The host was very responsive and took care of everything. The place is located on a busy highway and can be hard to find at first as it is very wooded. However, once we found it we knew to look for the white picket fence at the end if the driveway. The property is in a great location and was a 10 minute or less drive to many of the places we went. Would stay here again!

My husband and I, along with some friends, stayed at this gem outside of Fish Creek recently and it was perfect for us. We had 3 couples and 3 singles so the bedroom layouts were perfect. The kitchen was nicely stocked, house was clean and had plenty of space for us. The house was also quiet considering it’s right off the highway, and had plenty of parking for us. Megan was a very responsive, detailed oriented host and I enjoyed working with her. We would definitely stay again in our yearly trip. Only wish we had was it had a hot tub to relax in after a day venturing around Door County, but that’s obviously it a necessity. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Ochard Place. Everything was so neat and clean and very, very well stocked! Communications went well with the host who responded immediately and resolved the one very minor issue we had at check-in. The reminders throughout were very helpful.
