Very quiet and close to town, relaxing
Overall very nice. Our 2nd time staying here. All appliances worked fine, no breakdowns. Things to improve upon are a couple more frying pans would have been nice. The shower curtain in the main needs replacing badly. Unfortunate we could not use the fire pit, fireplace, or have a grill to cook on. We really love the place and we will be back

Decent but overpriced
Place was decent, clean but frankly overpriced. The yard had a foul smell of sewer which was off putting. Also if you are going to be charging cleaning fees, don’t ask the guest to strip all the bedding and take out recycle and garbage. WiFi password did not work. It turned out the password was all lowercase but that’s not what was listed. Location is fine but not walkable to town if that is what you are looking for.

Family Fun
This is a nice quiet location but close enough to Fish Creek to walk into town or up to the Top of the Hill Shops. Not a far walk to FICA for coffee either. Lots of room for 7 people even with 3 of them over 6 feet tall! Nice deck with partial sun throughout the day. Would have been nice to have a grill and a few more glasses. Truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for friends and/or families.

Nice house, lacking details
The property is lovely, nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath A-frame in a good location located just a short distance from downtown Fish Creek. The house was very clean. There is a nice deck out front but unfortunately no chairs to sit in. There was no iron. Both bathroom pump hand soaps were empty when we arrived. We had to look for hand towels and finally found them in the dryer. It is a nice house and location but some added details would significantly improve the experience.

Family friendly
The balcony and stairs were built very safe for our 4 year old. The toys, books and games provided kept him entertained for hours. The A/C and WIFI worked perfect! I'd bring my own pillow next time. The pillows were fine but crunchy. Beds were comfy! Perfect home for our weekend getaway with 2 grandparents, parents, 4 yr old and infant. My grandson left his favorite toys in the balcony cupboard and I hope we can get them back.

Great late season fall leaves trip
Everything met our expectations from what we read. Very clean and new compared to comparable 5 star VRBO experiences which sometimes are outdated or have "rustic charm". This was high quality and modern. I'm tech guy and WiFi was top rate for streaming our shows. Living room was more impressive than photos. Dishwasher wasn't emptied on arrival though so if you think they may be short on dishware like we wondered initially, check there. More than enough dish and cookware for the space. As a couple we are sensitive to sleep with bed comfort, outside noise and light when we travel. None of those were and issue and we happily had good night's sleep in the kind bed in master bedroom. Bed was comfortable and we weren't bothered by morning sun and there was no noise at all as it is a quiet street. This couple from Chicago enjoyed our stay. We even walked in and out of town one evening for dinner but it felt just a little bit far for us -- and we often like to walk to dinner back home. But no problem if you don't want to worry about parking or driving after drinking and don't mind the walk. It is not safe to walk to The English Inn and Alexander's as there is no sidewalk, so we drove there. Very short and easy drive. We were careful and used high-beams in evenings as one afternoon deer ran across the road just in front of our car scaring us. So be careful and mindful even if driving under the speed limit as we were. We caught the very end of October fall leaves season mid week when things weren't as busy as we like to avoid crowds and it feels like the area is really busy on weekends. There were a couple trees still shedding pretty yellow fall leaves in the main windows we enjoyed along with the evergreens. We never noticed the neighbors and trees between properties help with that. I'm sure they wanted quiet as much as we did.
