I only stayed for 10 hours to rest between the flights so can't comment on all services. It is a 10-minute ride from the airport in a cab, rooms are tidy and comfortable. The receptionist lady was very nice and helpful. Airport shuttle from the hotel is 15 euros, which is less than a cab ride. definitely recommended for layovers.

We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so did not spend a lot of time here. But communication was great, self check-in was smooth and easy, the facility was clean, and plenty of space for everyone (group of 4). Had no issues with shower, appliances, beds, etc. Would highly recommend to others.

The property itself is really great. The staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast has a variety of option. However, the location is tricky. It is close to the airport at the border of a small village. The closest public transport station is 20 minutes away. You have to walk under the summer sun of vienna or get an uber which typically takes 15 minutes to arrive. Consider this when booking.

Very helpful Reception staff late Sunday night too
Receptionist Yvette spoke English and was most helpful on each occasion despite my repeat calls - thank you as I was very concerned about checkin issues if arriving after midnight to the hotel. Also their phone number works in whatsapp so can connect direct from airport wifi with roaming off which is most handy very late on a sunday night.

It is a decent hotel with helpful staff. I wish I noticed that there was no A/C in the room before making the reservation. It made the stay unpleasant. It is also quite far from the airport.

Two words. Air conditioning. They went through the trouble of air conditioning the hallways and the lobby but none of the rooms. The rooms had windows but no ceiling fans. One tiny oscillating fan had one tiny oscillating fan. Did not get any sleep in the sweltering humidity.
