Hotel was nice but has housekeeping issues. There was leftover cookie and water in the fridge so it was not cleaned between guests. No disposable cups for brushing teeth and only one coffee cup for two guests? Also there is no closet to hang clothes.

The Hancock is located adjacent to Marathon headquarters and in easy walking distance to a couple restaurants and bars. The Hotel is really nice.

4 star yet no bellman. Opening front door unassisted while pushing or pulling a bell art awkward. Front desk person leaning/sitting at front desk while talking to 2 employees. Appeared to be personal conversation. While I question the 4 star rating I would stay again & would recommend.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hancock Hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like Dietsch chocolate covered pretzels in the room. Overall, my stay at the Hancock Hotel was truly exceptional. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and great amenities made it a memorable experience.

Very high brow establishment, not down to earth at all. Has a man dressed as a woman as a check in person which is a little off putting especially for the area. Very expensive steak house restaurant. They think highly of themselves and could do with being a little more down to earth and realistic.
