Fantastic customer service. Received a complimentary room upgrade at the desk. At every point of contact with any staff member was great. Extremely friendly and they looked happy to be there. Breakfast was great as well. Hotel was in great shape and clean too!

It wasn’t the greatest sadly. We booked four different rooms for my daughter 7th birthday and it wasn’t the greatest the night shift younger girl with short black hair was very disrespectful. Very rude . And just the way she came at our kids was not okay . Don’t ever come to my kid acting like your there mom . Telling them they need to be in bed etc not okay . Your ruined a little girls birthday by your rudeness . I wasted so much time and money into that hotel for your worker to be rude etc .

Requested a ground floor room last minute and was sent a message that it was all set for me! I appreciate that they took the time to accommodate me and let me know asap. Even got an early check in. Room was spacious clean and brand new. Was here for a college golf tournament and will be staying here next year!

Great stay but you hear everything next door
The staff are great and friendly. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but the staff did small things to make it a nice experience (see how you are doing, jams/jellies at tables, butter warmer, etc) If it weren’t for the walls being extremely thin/no insulation to the point I could hear everything in the room next to me as if they were in my room (mom yelling at her kid to get ready for school, dogs barking non stop, TV, etc) I would have rated this better
