The two-storey local penta apartment located in the province of Trento, in the municipality of Fiavè (Località Stumiaga 34). The apartment is part of a typical peasant house built in the year 1698, completely renovated in 1991. The house has a large balcony from which you have a wonderful view of the valley. In front of the house there is a large lawn with the possibility of relaxing. In case you have sports equipment, such as bicycles or other bulky items, there is the possibility of storing them in the basement.

Entspannte Tage in der Naztur
Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Signora Zambaldi, übrigens in perfektem Deutsch! Die Wohnung war bei Eintreffen angenehm beheizt (Dezember!), die Betten bezogen und Handtücher für alle Personen bereitgelegt. Hervorragende Ausstattung und Möblierung. Dieses Niveau trifft man nicht in jeder Ferienwohnung an! Wir haben entspannte Tage in der wunderschönen Bergwelt des Trentino verbracht und im Ristorante Al sole im Dorf Fiavè zweimal hervorragend gegessen. Empfehlenswert für alle, die einen ruhigen Aufenhalt in der Natur suchen und dabei in einer FeWo logieren möchten, in der man sich nicht nur zum Schlafen gerne aufhält. Tanti auguri!

Große Wohnung, sehr freundlicher Empfang in perfektem Deutsch, ländlich
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, ein tolles großes Bad, das andere ist sehr klein. Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr italienisch :-) Wir genossen das Frühstück mit Morgensonne auf dem Balkon. Leider liegt das Haus an einer sehr befahrenen Straße von Ponte Arche Richtung Riva del Garda, jedoch sind die geschlossenen Fenster schalldicht. Die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist sehr gut, sowohl in die Brenta Dolomiten mit dem Molvenosee, als auch Richtung Tennosee, Gardasee und Trento. In den umliegenden Ortschaften findet man genügend gute und preiswerte Restaurants und Pizzerias. In Fiave` ist ein sehr leckerer Bäcker sowie eine nette Bar mit leckerem Restaurant. Es ist sehr ländlich, man hört Hunde, Hähne, Kühe und Esel, uns hat es gefallen.

Tutto sommato direi che siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
Posizione favorevole, buona distribuzione dei locali, ottimo terrazzo, animali accettati, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, questi i lati positivi. Aggiungo anche simpatia e disponibilità dei referenti. L'arredo non è il massimo ma bisogna sempre valutare il prezzo. Pulizia accettabile ma non ottimale. In definitiva è stata una bella vacanza.

Die durchgangs Strasse ist gleich vor der Haustür morgens und abends ist es sehr laut. Eine Schweinemast ist in unmittelbarer Nähe es stinkt häufig. Für deutsche Verhältnisse ist die Kücheneinrichtung sehr spartarnisch es könnte wenigstens eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden sein.

complessivamente un buon posto
La casa è situata in una posizione comoda per chi deve effettuare i trattamenti termalia Comano, ma anche per chi è alla ricerca di itinerari naturalistici da effettuare a piedi o in bici. Eravamo due famiglie composte rispettivamente da coppia genitoriale più un/una bambino/a di 4 anni, gli spazi e gli arredi sono risultati confortevoli e comodi per i nostri ritmi di vita. Utile e dotato di una bella vista il balconcino esterno. La pulizia degli ambienti non era eccellente, ma sufficientemente adeguata, abbiamo trovato ripetutamente peli di animali per terra, l'angolo della cucina tra il lavello e la stufa era un po' sporco e gli strumenti dati in dotazione per provvedervi non erano agili, mancava il mocio. Il riferimento in loco è stato gentile e disponibile, tuttavia due sere prima della partenza finisce la bombola del gas che serviva per il fornello della cucina, l'indomani lo facciamo presente alla signora, ma questa non si premura di farla sostituire durante il nostro soggiorno e avendo solo un fornello elettrico siamo costretti a mangiare fuori per sei pasti. La gestione di questo imprevisto è stata alquanto superficiale da parte del riferimento in loco e ha comportato per noi un dispendio ulteriore.
