Sertil Royal is a good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed the view of Oludeniz and the pool was lovely. It was quiet and clean. We did have to switch rooms because the toilet was broken when we got the room. But they were very accommodating and quick to put us in another room. We also got to the hotel 3 hours early and they allowed us to check in early which was very kind of them. Breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety to chose from.

Her şey güzeldi, temizlik konusunda çarşaf ve havlularda leke olması hoş değildi. Gün içerisinde odaya girip temizlik yapılması ve odanın toparlanması çok iyidi. Yemekler ve kahvaltı çeşitlilik, sıcaklık,lezzet açısından mükemmeldi. Yemek yanında ücretsiz içecek sunulmalı bu konuda yetersiz. Klima gün içerisinde yetersiz kalıyordu. Fakat Gece klimada sorun yaşamadık. Havuz ve şezlonglar yeterliydi. Manzara çok iyi.

It has an excellent location with beautiful views. The room is very spacious. The dinner buffet is regular and not very varied. We had a problem in the bathroom with a water leak from the toilet so the floor was always wet. and when you turn on the key of the water it comes out spilling out abruptly, so always getting you wet. That was the only problem. Maybe the rooms need a little maintenance.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im King Royal. Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Das Essen im Restaurant war köstlich, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Wir freuen uns schon darauf, beim nächsten Besuch wieder bei Gökhan vorbeizuschauen!

Kalitesiz bir işletme
1. Otelin konumu yanlış, bulmak için uğraştık. 2. Otele gittiğimizde saat 4 gibiydi bize verilen odaya gitmek için 3 asansör değişip restorandan geçtik kaybolmamak elde değil, biz odamıza giderken daha yeni oteli temizliyorlardi. 3. Odada TV kumandası, kilima kumandası yoktu, 3 defa istememiz sonucunda alabildik. 4.Tv çalışmıyordu kendimiz yaptık, klima kendiliğinden açılıp soğuk üflüyordu, ısrar etmemiz sonunda kumandayı getirdiler kapattık. 5. Mümkünse banyoya girerken dikkat edin, klozetler sorunlu ya su takılı kalıyor sürekli akıyor ya da hiç akmıyor, başka konaklayanlardan da aynı şikayeti duyduk. 6. Duvarlar çok ince herkesin sesi odaya kadar geliyor, o kadar ki yan odadaki kişinin tuvaletten sesleri duyuluyor. 7. Otelin park konusunda yetersizliği var. 8. Tek iyi diyeceğim tarafı manzarası ve odaların önünde havuz olması, ancak balkon kapısı da bozuktu kapanmıyordu. 9. Odalar basık ve havasız. Kokuyor Özetle memmun kalmadık, manzarasına aldanmayın parasını hak etmiyor. 2 gün konakladik, bir şey elimizde kalmadan tatilin bitmesini bekledik. Tek karşılaştığımız ve yardımcı olmaya çalışan resepsiyondaki genç arkadaş.
