The villa is located in a quiet street on the outskirts of the town Fertöd on Lake Neusiedl, not far from the baroque cities Sopron and Györ. Approximately 80 km away from Vienna and Bratislava.
Lake Neusiedl is only a few km away. The nature conservation area around the lake is of unique beauty. In December 2001, this cultural landscape was even included on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
In Fertöd you will find the largest Baroque-Rococo castle, from Hungary (Eszterházy Castle), the "Versailles" of Hungary, with regular tours you can visit the castle and visit concerts in the summer months.
There are several thermal baths nearby: Hegykö (6km), Kapuvar (12km), Balf (19km) and Sarvar
Bike paths invite to tours around the Neusiedler See. Hiking, fishing, sailing, or just spending a day at the beach are possibilities.
