This is a four bedroom, high end, luxury detached house in the heart of County Durham. It is an ex-show home and is tastefully decorated to very high standard. It comprises four large bedrooms , 2 with king beds and 2 with double beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite, TV & fitted wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with high spec integrated appliances including fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. It has a dinning area with a dinning table & a wall mounted TV. The living room has two comfortable couches and a 55 inch LED TV. The garage is recently converted into a sports/gym room which has a pool table and gym equipments. At the back there is a decked area with outdoor sitting, Which is accessed from the kitchen via bifold patio door. At the front there is a private parking on the driveway, Which is being monitored by a ring cam.
