The property boasts beautiful views of pristine fertile paddocks that graze cattle and sown with oats and barley, for cropping hay. The tranquil farmland is complimented by the views to the east of the ocean and the eastern coastline. To the west, endless and everchanging views of the mountains of the Border and Nightcap Ranges and afar to the horizon.
The farm is self sufficient with the property run by solar power and solar hot water system backed up by main power if required. Filtered tank water, vegie and herb garden, eggs. Stay in and take in the views, tranquillity and seclusion of farm life. Take a walk around the property and take in the breath taking views, Utilise the full modern kitchen, gas/electric oven, stone benches, thermomix, under cover BBQ and outdoor entertainment area with outdoor kitchen to relax, cook and eat in. The small township of Newrybar has weekly markets, Harvest events, unique and charming collectible stores. Well known Killen Falls has a large swimming hole on Emigrant Creek with a 10metre beautiful water fall is a moderate ride of 9.8kms.
East coast finest beaches. A short distance at Byron Bay, Broken Head, Lennox Head, Ballina all 20 minutes or less.

Beautiful location
Beautiful view and location. Clean, new, fully furnished accommodation. Really enjoyed the open outdoor fire during sunset. Matt and Tracey were very helpful and responsive to our questions, not to mention going out of their way to return some items we left behind.
