Infraestrutura da pousada muito boa, quarto e cama excelentes. A Ada, recepcionista da pousada, sempre prestativa e auxilia no cronograma da viagem e também na contratação e suporte.

A pousada precisa se um cuidado/zelo por parte dos proprietários. No banheiro não havia onde colocar shampoo e sabão no box, tivemos de colocar no chão mesmo. O mesmo, precisa de uma faxina, com sujeira/gordura acumulada. O quarto é espaçoso. A recepcionista muito simpática e atenciosa. O café da manhã todo preparado pelo cozinheiro (me desculpe não lembrar e mencionar o nome), estava muito bom. Equipe muito boa. O problema é a falta de manutenção/cuidado no hotel. Existe um potencial, mas foi frustrante, principalmente pelo valor pago.

O quarto é bem agradável, cama confortável e ótima limpeza. O café da manhã é bem servido e muito bom. Eles oferecem também um chá da tarde, bem mais simples, mas ok. Acreito que é uma forma de “cortesia”. Minha única reclamação foi com a questão da falta de energia que ocorreu na ilha, onde fizeram uma espécie de “rodízio “ de fornecimento da energia por região. Isso durou 3 dias e quando faltava energia na pousada, também faltava água. Cheguei no segundo dia que isso estava acontecendo e como durante a noite não tem recepção ou alguém para dar suporte, ficamos na pousada no escuro e sem água durante umas 3 horas e não sabíamos o que de fato estava acontecendo. Só ouvíamos, entre turistas e atendentes de restaurante e/ou mercadinhos, que dos geradores que haviam na ilha , só um estava funcionando e que enquanto eles consertavam, a falta de energia iria persistir. Então, ficamos desassistidos nesse dia. Acredito que foi algo que pegou todos de surpresa, ninguém contava com essa recorrência na falta de energia. No dia seguinte, o pessoal da pousada organizou a disponibilidade de água, caso a energia faltasse novamente. Mas, graças a Deus, não precisamos recorrer a água armazenada , pois os geradores foram corrigidos. Um outro detalhe é que a internet é um pouco instável, mas isso é na ilha como um todo, acredito. Mas para nós, essa instabilidade não nos afetou. Deu para usar “tranquilo” de acordo com a nossa necessidade.
