This modern holiday home for up to 4 people is situated in a central yet quiet location in Feldberg on the owner's residential and commercial property. Shops, cafés and restaurants as well as the beautiful spa gardens on the Haussee lake are within walking distance, as are the ferry and a jetty on the narrow Luzinsee lake. The approx. 55 square metre non-smoking house has a separate entrance, is centrally heated and tastefully furnished. It has a spacious living area (sofa bed - extra bed for two people, flat-screen TV) with dining table and open-plan kitchen (electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a large bedroom upstairs (double bed, washbasin, guest bed on request) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a cosy seating and barbecue area, a car park and free WLAN. Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. You must bring your own bed linen and towels.
The Kneipp health resort of Feldberg gave its name to the surrounding charming lake landscape, a hilly terminal moraine area. In addition to the Kneipp spa park, Feldberg also offers passenger boat trips, beautiful beaches, water sports, horse riding and carriage rides. In Carwitz, on the shores of the lake of the same name, you can learn about the life and work of the writer Hans Fallada in his former home.
