Brand new, beautiful hotel. The room with two queens and a sofa was very large. Walk in closet, huge bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

For a concert. A brief overnight. Water did not get very hot. Hand held shower head did not work. Bed was way too low to the ground. No room service. Breakfast time not convenient. Would have been better if it was at least to 10am.

We had an issue with the TV. the lobby attendant went well out of her way to fix. We couldn’t get it so she quickly got us the room right next door AFTER she made sure the TV was good in the new room and even called after we got settled to make sure everything was good! All this was after midnight as we attended a concert and all this happened when we got back. 10/10
