I liked the way the staff greeted me upon my arrival, ensuring everything was paid and good to go. The rooms were immaculate and I felt very comfortable during my stay. The scenery by the pool was so relaxing. Getting up and having a good breakfast after sitting by the waterfall fall was also awesome! I will definitely stay again! You go Springhill by Marriott!!!!!

I like this facility and we have stayed before but it seems they have made a minor change to the showers and the shower head. It’s a terrible design and idea and it’s not enough water or water pressure now. Again I like this facility but now dislike the shower.

The service is not excellent! I forgot a beanie cap in the room. The custodians were nice enough to report it to the front desk May, at the front desk called me and asked if I wanted it mailed. She checked the mailing options for me too. I said it was not worth mailing. So she said it would still be at Lost and Found if I ever returned. May provided service above and beyond all expectations! Thank you May!!!

Housekeeper trying to peep
I enjoyed everything about my stay except the morning of checkout at 8am the house keeper literally opened my door as I’m getting dressed WITHOUT a simple courtesy knock. Not even announcing it was housekeeping. I was scared assuming that it was somebody who was breaking into the room. That incident was very traumatizing for me ever sense.
