Do not even consider it
There was extensive mold on bad caulking around the shower. There was also a significant bug problem with a couple of very large cockroaches, or waterbugs, noted. Dirty washcloths from the last guest were hung over the shower rod. The wifi did not work at all and I had to use my cellphone for a hotspot. I overheard the desk clerk mention that the owner doesn'r care about the place and cannot even be contacted on weekends. I understand that Quality is the bottom end of Choice Hotels, but this was not much more than a flophouse. I would not recommend this property to anyone with any sense of dignity.

We were PCSing out of Ft Liberty (Bragg) and this was one of the cheapest options for us to stay. I have nothing to say about the ladies working the front desk, they were really nice. Our issue was the room, it was dirty, dusty and the bathroom had a musky smell, there were even cow webs next to the door. We asked for the room to be cleaned twice and housekeeping never came, so there’s that. Breakfast was ok, just what you can expect on a continental breakfast. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not cleaned/mopped properly, bed bug seen in the room. Not enough towels, soap/shampoo for a family of 3. I have to ask for more from the staff. There was no refrigerator in the room but their staff arranged one from a different room. Only good thing is their Courteous and patient staff. Breakfast was ok and average, no bread toast option but cereal, pancakes, coffee available. Not clean as per the standards of Choice groups of Motels.

Jai plusieur photo de tache enorme sur la literie , fauteuil et autre ...lodeur n'était pas supportable .jai meme des photo de moisissures dans la douche ( tache plus grosse que ma main. Jai louer 2 chambre pour aller et 2 chambre pour le retour et cetait pareil dans les 2 cas.personnes ne ces laver dans la.douche et nous avons dormis par dessus les draps en etant habiller ... Je ne peux pas mettre les photo en piece jointe car votre site ne fonctionne pas bien mais communiquer avec moi par mail au Kevlong@live.ca 514-817-5015 Je demande un remboursements. Aucune coopération a l'accueil. Jai meme du chercher quelqu'un pendant 15 minute car il y avait personne a l'accueil. J'attends votre retour rapidement svp. Merci et bonne soiree !

It was okay. Room wasn't really clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is not a buffet breakfast like it states. The only way they get away with it, is that you wait on yourself. There is ceral, small blueberry muffins, juice, coffee, yogurt, apples and waffels. No breads or bagels. Only protein is the yogurt.

We traveled with three teenage girls and a two year-old baby. You have to take your towels downstairs to the lobby to exchange for new towels. OK, little inconvenient but we did it. Every time we go down there, they would say the laundry is closed or wouldn’t have any towels available. Still taking our dirty towels without any clean ones. They are non smoking signs everywhere but staff is smoking right in front of star signs and I’m not talking about cigarettes. The entire floor smelled of marijuana. Police came twice to the hotel during our stay.

Ran out of breakfast items multiple times. Staff wouldn't get more out. Was supposed to have room service every 3 days. They never came had tovask twice to get someone. Floors were NASTY. Walk in room in bare feet bottom of your feet turn black.

Terrible!!! I will not book this hotel AGAIN!! The room was dirty and cockroaches inside, flies, etc… Called for room services they didn't go to our room until after three days we had to call them again before they went to clean. Vaping smell and tissues under our bed I had to clean it myself since it was disgusting. I can't with QUALITY INN HOTEL NOMORE!!! 💔 DISAPPOINTED.
