Front desk clerk wanted to charge me for emotional support dogs for my son, I’ve never had that problem from any hotel, we got it handled but maybe something management needs to look into, other than incident it was a great stay.

The woman who checked me in was great friendly and helpful. I had a dog and had to stay on the 1st floor. The noise was terrible from the other dogs and doors loudly shutting at 5:30am I got no sleep. Do not stay on the first floor.
