Very run down property. If you are going to gouge us for $350/night then put the $ back in the property. Room had mold/rust..shower area was disgusting. A/C did not run properly and blew humid air if it was not running on freezing. Just overall the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had as far as having to pay so much and have to stay in filth. I have stayed at plenty Holiday Inn Express and this property is not representative of your company!!

Stayed here as part of an 8 day road trip. The most expensive of my stays and the hotel in the worst condition. I can’t believe a hotel this new was this many maintenance needs and in such roof shape. My room also had cockroaches crawling across the floor and the sink. Breakfast average. Would not stay again and do not recommend.

My room was clean but very old and had a terrible smelled musty and humid smell. All the metal in the room like lamp shades, door hinges, and shower nobs were rusty. I will never stay here again.
