The staff here is very lax. They didn’t clean our room and we were out of the room my 9am. Had to go to the desk for towels and in-room coffee supplies. Needed in-room coffee supplies because the breakfast area was CONSTANTLY out of coffee and creamer. There were 2 people working the breakfast but still couldn’t keep the coffee full. And, it didn’t seem like they were slammed busy. Lastly, they didn’t have a rollaway when we checked in or so they said. Front desk was cordial and the place looked pretty nice but service is La king.

The overwhelming smell of ammonia or cleaners of some sort in the hallway was awful. Could smell it in the room as well. The room was clean but felt damp with humidity. Just a yucky feeling. Definitely could use an updated bathroom.
