Located in the arts corridor, Gallery Guest is adjacent to the Razorback Greenway and next door to Theater Squared and the Walton Arts Center. Dining and entertainment are only steps outside the gated condominium building, with Dickson Street and the UofA campus moments away. Game-day access is equally convenient with a beautiful walk across campus or a quick bus ride from Walton Arts Center.
Gallery Guest is the Metro District Lofts's largest and most luxurious property. This ground floor unit offers 1500 square feet of bright, artistic space and a sharp modern aesthetic. The property is a gallery in its own right, with original photography set on metal and mounted throughout the condo. LED lighting inside is daylight balanced and features Edison bulbs and clear globes that blend seamlessly with the natural light from your private balcony or the panoramic windows with custom wooden shutters along the curved wall in the master bedroom. Even with the windows and open design, your privacy is protected by the reflective and energy conscious protective film on the windows. If you need to sleep in, the shutters and blackout curtains also allow you to block out the world for a few additional minutes of shuteye.
The living and dining rooms feature live-edge furniture tables and seating options for any occasion. The sofa and barrel chairs provide the perfect space around the gas fireplace and the sofa converts to a bed if you've booked the condo for six. The counter-height dining table seats four and has additional space along the island for larger parties.
The kitchen, with cookware, cutlery, and a proper gas range and oven, will satisfy the chef in your party. After that special meal is prepared, you might even decide to dine alfresco on the private balcony.
With your stay in Fayetteville's entertainment district, a good night's sleep is a priority no matter how late you get to bed. Your main bedroom includes a low-height king bed with a medium-firm, pillow-top mattress dressed in luxury sheets and duvet. Extra blankets are also available if you require an extra cozy experience. The focal point of this bedroom is the curved wall and panoramic, shuttered windows facing south and west. Morning light is perfectly unobtrusive, given the angle of the windows, and may provide a gentle wake-up if you're an early riser.
The main bedroom also features a live-edge desk for the perfect workstation if you're in town on business. If more than one guest needs a place to work, there's a second rolling desk tucked away in the coincidentally enormous walk-in closet (also perfect for extended business stays). The second bedroom is slightly smaller but just as comfy as the other. It also includes a full walk-in closet and a queen bed that is somewhat taller with a slightly softer pillow-top mattress. Of course, the sheets and duvet are also of the finest quality.
The main bath has matching waterfall sinks for couples and a lighted vanity for hair and makeup. Bathing options include a jetted tub, set away in its own arched and lighted nook, and a separate, tiled shower. The toilet is a separate room and includes its own artwork. The second bathroom has a shower-tub combo with plenty of room for your things. Both bathrooms have grab bars, and a shower chair is available if needed and stored in the walk-in closet.
Finally, you have a stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer for convenience and a coat closet and shoe cabinet inside the door.
