This lovely villa is set in its 5000sqm garden with a private pool, which is excellent for families or friends who want to relax and unwind.
When entering the villa, you walk into a small corridor on the fully equipped kitchen and a living room giving access to the terrace with pool and BBQ. On the terrace, three sitting areas with a table where you can enjoy a long Summer dinner by the pool.
You have a spacious kitchen fully equipped with all you need should you want to make a small snack to cook a 5-course meal to enjoy with family or friends.
The villa has two bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the house level with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a larger double bed and a sofabed in the living room. This makes it perfect for families of up to 6 persons or 3 responsible couples.
There are three bathrooms on the property, one for every bedroom, all with a shower and toilets.
➤ NOTE: this house is equipped with an alarm system that works with motion sensors around the house. These are only active when the alarm is turned on. This system is NOT equipped to take video material so there can never be a question of your privacy. Please make sure that you understand the alarm instructions from our online guide before entering the house.

## Neighborhood
The villa is situated near the small village of Santa Barbara do Nexe. There are a few cafes in town, restaurants and some supermarkets. However, as this is a small village, you may want to travel a little further into the city of Faro for a boat trip in the laguna or to the busier resort of Vilamoura, where you have the trendy and lively marina with nightlife, shops and restaurants from all over the world. The villa is a great place to relax or be used as a base if you want to explore the real Algarve.
You have some of the most beautiful beaches just a 15-minute drive away and the neighbouring towns of Loulé and Almancil. Unfortunately, it is necessary to hire a car as the villa is no walking distance of any facilities.
## Transit
There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But buses and trains do not go very often, and a (rental) car is recommended.
