Hidden gem

Quality of the pub, the room and the breakfast is hard to beat. The staff were attentive and the food was great. Just two minor points. The shower screen was not the best design for ease of use and keeping water in. With the rooms being seperate to the pub, there's a short walk between them. We stayed when it had snowed and could have done with the path being cleared/salted. I would definitely stay again!
