Our favorite place in Farmington
The staff customer service was very accommodating, friendly and so pleasant. This will be our favorite place to stay in the future. The room was clean and comfortable beds. The bar didn't open and the poor is being renovated but that was the only downfall. Other than that this is a great place to stay

Overall staff and service were excellent. The pool Was not available due to under construction, but overall amenities were good. Entire hotel was well Kept and rooms were nice.

After booking the room received a message stating the pool and hot tube was out. Room was clean just a little more detail to cleaning, the top sheet had a stained and the shower could have used more cleaning. The king size bed was not comfortable at all.

Surprisingly cozy
Despite the location, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. However, the elevator wasn't working the night we stayed, but we were given meal vouchers to accommodate our inconvenience. Overall, we would highly recommend Courtyard and stay again.
