With 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, a bunk bed, four twin beds, and a full bed, our cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig machine and a huge variety of coffee/decaf/tea/hot chocolate. Enjoy the convenience of a brand new LG washing machine/dryer, AC, heating, iron/ironing board, and super fast WiFi. All tvs offer free Netflix! The 2 bathrooms offer a jetted bathtub, showers, hair dryer/curling iron, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Plus, there's an additional upstairs living room with a sofa bed couch, record player, and many board games. Great house for a large group, Excellent location
We were a group of College Archery Students in for an event at the Easton Center and I was the "team mom" I happen to work remotely and my actual office is downtown Salt Lake. Farmington is a little farther out, but about 25 minutes and easy to access via 15 and the airport is about 22 minutes. There is an amazing shopping mall right across the freeway and it was offseason for the Lagoon Amusement Park, but it is literally at the bottom of the hill from the house. Harmons Grocery is about 4 minutes away. You will not regret staying here. Fully stocked Coffee and Tea Bar. Even has an Air Fryer, Outdoor Gas Grill and Smoker you can use. Laundry is also available. It was perfect for us. Highly recommend it.

Amazing Farmington Stay
The property was large enough to host our family of seven, and the property manager, Jeremy, communicated early prior to arrival, would always follow up within an hour at max for any questions. We enjoyed spending time with our family and the amenities were on point. It will be our default VRBO when we fly out to visit our family in Utah in the future.

Perfect Lagoon Staycation
We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for Lagoon. It's a large home and it fit 7 of us comfortably. The kids loved the board games and foosball table. There were a few minor hiccups and Jeremy addressed them immediately. We appreciated the thoughtful care put into this rental like complimentary coffee, tea, fruit and games. We would definitely come back.

Perfect for Lagoon with family
It’s an old house, but it’s been renovated. It was a perfect location to spend multiple days at Lagoon. Love the vinyl record player, games, and plenty of TVs. There were some minor elements of the home that were in disrepair (rear screen door etc), but it did not cause any significant inconvenience. property manager was very accommodating, providing waters in the fridge and oranges and apples. We had a great experience and I would be happy to rent this home again. FYI, it is a 10 minute walk to Lagoon however it is a large hill so would be difficult to do after a long day at the park. We ended up driving and parking..
