We designed this place with large Families/Groups in mind. Whether you are spending the day on the rides at Lagoon, Skiing the many resorts in the area, Off-Roading up Farmington Canyon trail system (1min Drive), Paddling Farmington Pond (1min Drive), Mountain Biking the Farm Bike Park or Shopping Farmington Station, location doesn’t get any more convenient than this!
● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● Pets are not allowed.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the south side of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property unless they have ACs in them.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

Convenient location.
Convenient easy to get to once we got correct address, GPS could not find original one but owner was responsive. Basement apartment so was a bit loud at times but not too bad. Had comfortable beds and great shower. All the extras we needed.

Friends night out
Beautiful home and area. Myself and 7 other friends stayed the night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and has all the amenities you need to cook. The ping pong table is a lot of fun! We would definitely come back to stay

Just Perfect!
If you want a place to stay that is next to Lagoon and only 30 minutes from everything else this house is perfect. Their attention to detail all the way to mints on pillows was such a kind and very reassuring touch. Danny was available and easy to contact if i had any issues. I recommend this property if you need to be near Salt Lake but not in the heart of the city!
