The room was pretty clean, but the blackout part of the curtains didn't close all the way so the street lights and other building light show in my room all night long. Plumbing was terrible, best not poop! And bathroom fan doesn't work. Worst part is they hiring cleaning company at all hours of the night to come in while guests are sleeping, at 248 in the morning when housekeeping staff was slamming the carts against the walls and vacuuming. I went to the front desk where that lady was nice but again nothing she could do about it. She put me in a temporary room so I could get some rest, but still light shown through the sheers. I would not recommend staying here. It made for an exhausting trip home. As I was not well rested.

Building needs work. Plaster falling off the outside walls. Inside was not real clean. Walls had several marks like hockey was played inside. Room had two pictures torn down off the wall. Just was not real impressed because the reviews of the hotel were pretty good. Breakfast was good and a nice burger place right next door.

Tired, declining hotel with many items not working properly or broken in rooms. Eg. TV, shower, AC unit panel hanging loose. The desk staff were ambivalent, or distracted during our interactions. Hotel has gone downhill considerably since our last stay 2 years ago.

Nice hotel we had asked for a first floor and handicapped room when booking but I guess none were available, at least there was an elevator. Our first room we were given had the door lock engaged and went back to the desk to ask if there was someone in that room? The receptionist said no but then just found us another room near our other room we had. The breakfast was great!

You have signs all over that say there is a Managers Special or a Managers Reception every Monday- Thursday from 5-7 but that doesn’t exist. Shower curtain was dirty. Employees at night/early evening smoke pop during their shift. And your add photos button on this doesn’t work
