Room was clean on check-in but housekeeping did not tidy the room the following morning. Broken floor tiles in bathroom. Poorly patched wall near shower and repairs were not painted. Breakfast was good but no fresh fruit on Dec 13. I got bug bites during my stay.

Not a bad place to stay for the price! Room was clean, bed was comfy. Wish the room had a coffee maker. The hotel does not have an elevator.

I stayed 12 nights here for the first time visiting. breakfast was good, reliable hours and help desk availability. room was modest but comfortable, older furniture and facilities. The Box bar and casino attached to the hotel was nice and convenient for late nights out. several other restaurants nearby, walkable distance to west acres mall.

The age of property requires some maintenance. The bathtub was in bad shape. Spiderwebs in the main area of the desk area. Big spider webs. Parking lot and sidewalks were very icy. Breakfast quality was a very pleasant surprise. Check in staff very pleasant .

Quiet place
The room was nice and warm when we entered. The parking was a bit limited. Didn't feel well it was safe out there to park our vehicle so we tried to find the nearest camera and well lit spot. There is no elevator and we had to haul our luggage up the stairs. Our sink was clogged when we used it. Overall it was okay stay as we just needed a place to stop over to rest.
