This place is nasty. It's supposedly a smoking free facility but it smelled so bad like cigarettes or sage. It was hard to breathe, even opening the windows didn't help! Everywhere was dirty! I walked in and the stairs was covered in dirt and dried, old, pasta noodles that sat there, very visible for 3 days! The bedding and towels were either not clean or extremely stained with blood or I don't even want to know. I couldn't use them. The microwave and mini fridge disgusting. Holes in the wall and plumbing in the bathroom was held together by duck tape. And I did not feel safe, I won't even get into. I get the place is cheap but there should be standards. I had to shower and wash everything to get the smell out when I got home and I feel like I have to do it again. The only good part about staying at a place like this is it forced me to get out of the hotel room and explore Fargo.
This was a gilthy room. Full of roaches. Bathroom was disgusting. I waited over an hoir just for a person to show up to check in at 5 pm. Do not study here
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It reaked of cigarette smoke in the halls, stairwells and the rooms even though there were no smoking stickers on the door. There was a huge fight outside our room at midnight and made us feel very unsafe. I have not heard anything from hotel management from the messages we sent. It was so bad, we left after one night even though we had a multiple night stay. I'm not sure that management will refund our money.
Unless you’re used to being in prison like conditions, just stay away. The rooms smell there was no shampoo or conditioner and at 3:50 AM was awoken by somebody down the hall trying to kick down the door. No coffee in the morning. They should be paying people to stay there, not having to pay to stay there.
There seemed to be a language barrier between myself and the folks working there. I had to show one gentleman that the smoke detector in my room had a bad battery because he didn't seem to get it when I told him. And when I asked about checking out early, the lady who met me just gave me a blank stare before telling me to drop my key in the box and going back into her room.
