We travel with our dogs frequently. Never have had a problem until here. There was a huge gap under our door so the dogs could see people pass by (room 103). You could hear EVERYTHING! Went to supper and had to leave because they were barking. So ended up paying money we didn’t have to board them the last night we were there. When I told the front desk they said “Oh I’ll let someone know”. My daughter cut her feet twice in the pool area. The breakfast area was so dirty and full of flies and the one guy working it was listening to a audiobook or something. Very disruptive when trying to eat and get some business done before the family woke up. We will not be staying there again.

We love staying at this hotel. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There are plenty of breakfast options and the eating area is spacious. We did notice that maintenance was lacking in a few areas.

We always love staying at the clubhouse when we are in Fargo but was very disappointed that we were not told that the pool was closed when we checked in I would have went and stayed somewhere else since that is one of the reason we chose that hotel

The hotel was very nice and includes breakfast, which wasnt too bad. The kids loved the pool. The pillows though were too big. Loved how there is a coffee shop just outside of the hotel.

Stayed there for 3 nights, was not informed at check in that you need to request housekeeping for each day. Requested it the following day and they still failed to clean the room. Had to request towels in the pool area, the hot tub jets did not work properly and the temperature was turned up too high, the breakfast selection was minimal. The noise from the traffic was so loud could not sleep( not the hotel’s fault) Over priced and horrible service.

The property was really maintained well and the room was clean and inviting. Our room had a walkout to the outdoor patio which was large but very well laid out with tables, chairs and a fire pit. I would definitely stay there again.
