Decent spot to stay in a pinch. Has become a little tired and worn. TV’s were very small and had poor channel selection, especially for watching sports on the weekend.

When we arrived to our room, the room smelt like cigarette smoke. We were moved right beside the first room, smell was better. Looking out the window, it looks like a homeless area, very dirty. I tried making coffee in the room, but the coffee maker was broken. I asked for a new coffee maker, then next one I was brought was missing the filter cup. After another trip to the front desk, I had to show the staff which part needed to be included. Very disappointing for the price I paid for a room.

Unless you'd like a potential illness from the bathroom, I would suggest not showering during your stay as the ceiling (made from cork board tiles) has mold as well as no working ventilation, at least in my room. The bedding was also either not washed thoroughly or bleached either, so there were curious marks or smudges on the bedding. Also woke up to what sounded like a domestic happening later at night. Convenient for a day or maybe 2, and very nice staff.

Upon check-in we were told the pool was open til 11. When we arrived to swim at 10:05 we were told the pool was closed at 10. The next morning when we went for a swim the pool hours posted in the pool area said it was open til 11 so we were very disappointed that it was closed at 10 the night before. We had a hottub room but the plug for the hottub was broken so we had to find a sharp object to pry the plug open and empty the tub. The bathroom sink had no plug at all. We tried to use the only laundry facilities but after adding my clothes and soap and starting the machine, it started agitating and went through a wash cycle without actually filling with water. They did refund my money for the wash but there was only 1 machine and the laundry was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel so that was disappointing. The continental breakfast was "acceptable" but nothing more. The eggs were not cooked evenly and tasted like they were probably microwaved and not cooked properly. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. But WAY overpriced for the condition of the room and I will not likely stay here again.

The shower curtain was turning orange and molding. There was a spider in my towel. THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT for any damage with no warning of doing so. They did refund it in just over 24 hours of check out. I think we’re done with Wyndham.
