I used to recommend this place to everyone but the cleaning is nothing to be desired, dirty sheets, blood on the wall and hair all over the floor. The air handler squealed like crazy and the night time staff has a bad attitude. Left out last night and went to a good hotel.

Not allowed to check in 1 hour early, because room was not ready. Then checked in at 3. The temperature outside was very cold. The room that earlier was not ready was 55 degrees. We turned the heat up to 80, left and came back 3 hours later. Any way had a bad night sleeping because it was too hot. Everything else was okay. Would not stay there again.

1. My key cards did not work. I had to make 4 trips from the front desk to the 3rd floor to front desk to resolve it. I don't fault the friendly staff for the technical issues. But coming to the room to confirm resolution of the issue sooner would have been appreciated. 2. Our room smelled like chemical detergents trying to cover up that Sunday morning college dorm room smell. Replacing the carpet, drapes, and furnishings would help. 3. You couldn't pay me to eat that free breakfast. The "bold" strength coffee was so weak you could see the bottom of the 12oz cup. Processed scrambled "eggs" instead of real eggs. The breakfast sausages were basically sliced hotdogs. Pancake/waffle syrup was brown colored corn syrup. The artificial butter substitute wouldn't even melt on the pancakes. On a positive note, the automated pancake dispenser is genius!

People were walking through the pool area in their outdoor shoes rather than using the main entrance/exit. The floor and the bottom and sides of the pool were literally black, they were so filthy.

Got a text that woke me up at 8 am asking me when I am checking out. The property was a mess with stacks of equipment and construction debris everywhere. Breakfast was terrible and the pools had so much chlorine in them my eyes were burning for the next day. Never again will I go here or any of their properties.

The carpets in the hallways and rooms are being replaced and it’s a welcome change. The room was clean and we really appreciate the bigger bathrooms, compared to many hotels in the area. Breakfast was good and the property seems to be very clean. It was an all around good experience. We’d definitely stay at this hotel in the future

Dirty non caring hotel. Hotels.ca rates everythig
The building and grounds were dirty and garbage all over and not picked up for the 4 days we stayed there. Chek in staff was too busy on the phone talking to friends. The hotel was putting in new carpets and the jacuzzi had gravel and dirt in the bottom.how this hotel was rated so high is a joke. Never stay at this hotel again

The pool and the breakfast was pretty nice. The spaces could have been a bit cleaner as there didn't seem to be much vacuuming happening ni the public spaces.The bmain problem we had was that there was a family with many kids above us and it sounded like a herd of cattle running back and forth above us. I've never been in a hotel where the noise traveled so much so that made it rather difficult to sleep at certain times.
