Very nice room, spacious, modern and clean (tiny basin though). Nice park view, modern bathroom, small private kitchen (microwave, small fridge, sink, plates, glasses, cutlery/silverware), in addition to full shared kitchen downstairs. No staff in view (more like Air-b-n-b style).

Clean, spacious guest house.
A lovely, clean guest house. The 'Bosuns Base' apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped with the basics, there was a large bathroom and plenty of parking space. Would definitely re visit.

Not worth the price.
Hotels.com advertised pay at property which was absolutely incorrect, as there is no reception, or staff, at the guest house. Carpet in the room (room 2) was covered in stains. Looked awful. Paint was peeling in places. Mattress was terrible. It was sunken, so spent the nights trying, impossibly, to get comfy. Didn't sleep well at all. Room is small and lacks usable functionality. No table to eat, no desk, to make hot drinks. Shower was really small.

Park View was in a good location, opposite a lovely park and within easy walking distance from Falmouth centre. My room was a good size, attractively decorated with a comfy bed, windows that could be opened (very important!) and a fan was also provided. The bathroom was clean - great shower - and my only criticism would be that the basin was tiny which, together with a fierce tap, meant some mopping up was necessary. On the whole I enjoyed my visit to Park View but visitors need to be aware that they will be renting a room in a house. There is no breakfast provided; a communal kitchen/dining area is available but all food must be provided by the guest. In one description I read that breakfast items will be available such as fresh fruit, juice etc - no sign of anything! The access arrangements worked well but I did not see a member of staff during the two days I was staying there.

We stayed for 2 nights for our long weekend trip in April. This is an excellent place to stay in Falmouth. The whole place is recently renovated, the room was super clean and had everything needed along with a communal kitchen. Our room had nice views of the lovely park and we enjoyed our strolls through it to the town centre. The only area for improvement could be the mattress in the room, we thought that it was a bit tired and needs replacing. Overall fully recommended!
