The bedroom boasts a very comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Ample storage space is available to keep your belongings organised and out of the way.

In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare your favourite meals with modern amenities including a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils.

Unfortunately we have no private parking, however, free parking can be found on a few streets nearby. Alternatively, you can pay for parking in the convenient public carpark right outside the apartment.

Public Transport: Excellent transport links are within easy reach, with Falmouth Town railway station just a short walk away.

Accessibility: Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Noise: As we're centrally located, the apartment is very close to several bars, pubs and clubs. So you may experience some late-night noise. While we're not situated directly on the high street side, there is a car park to the rear, which could occasionally contribute to the ambient sounds.

Events: During Falmouth Week in August and the Sea Shanty festival each year, festivities may slightly alter the usual view from the apartment. Marquees might be set up in the car park between the flat and the sea at the rear for various events. Therefore, please note that your typical view could be temporarily affected during this period.
