The house is conveniently situated just a couple of minutes walking distance from Falmouth town centre and St Mawes Ferry and 15 to 20 minutes to Gyllyngvase beach.

There is free on-street parking in the vicinity but as Falmouth can get busy over the summer, we offer a piece-of-mind private off-street parking spot approximately 7min walk from the property.
