Located at the very front of the prestigious Maenporth Estate, this beautiful contemporary apartment sleeps 6 guests and boasts stunning Cornwall landscape and ocean views. Along with all inclusive access to a luxurious indoor heated swimming pool, a large jacuzzi spa, a sauna and two tennis courts. There is also a children's play area, table tennis, pool table and allocated family BBQ area with brick barbecues and picnic table seating area next to the swimming pool! With stylish, thoughtful decoration throughout, the beautiful open plan kitchen, sitting and dining area ae all well equipped. You’ll find heaps of hidden extra luxuries, such as Dulci Gusto coffee machine, Bluetooth speakers, and underfloor heating… a perfect home from home!

Our beautiful and welcoming apartment is all on one level with single step ground floor access and two balconies to look out over the ocean. Its open-plan, free flowing design is clever; providing loads of space for everyone to relax and socialise together.

The bright and inviting open plan kitchen-diner and sitting room has been recently refurbished with sliding double doors that open directly onto the balcony seating area with breathtaking countryside and ocean views. Perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks...

The contemporary style dining area has a large family table with seating for six right next to the balcony. The lovely open plan sitting area has two delightfully squishy dusky pink sofas by 'loaf', a large wall mounted smart TV and two teal armchairs perfect for reading and putting your feet up after a long day relaxing!

The gorgeous fitted kitchen has oak flooring; a huge granite worktop area; electric fan double oven; electric hob; microwave oven; toaster; dishwasher and a family sized stand alone fridge/freezer.

Our Master bedroom boasts a stunning ocean view private balcony with sliding doors with outdoor seating in groovy bright turquoise which made from entirely from recycled fishing nets!
There is a super comfortable king sized bed with plush bedding and crisp white cotton sheets, a standalone wooden clothes rail, a dressing table with mirror and two bed side tables. There is also a stunning marble en-suite with a walk in umbrella shower, wash station and W/C.

Two large twin bedrooms have brand new premier mattresses and can be presented as either Super-King beds or two large single beds. They boast sumptuous sapphire blue velveteen bedheads and lovely white hotel linen. Super inviting and indulgent too! Just let us know when you book how you would like them made up for you!

There is plenty of storage for your belongings and both second and third bedrooms have views over the exotic planted courtyard area.

The second large family bathroom comes with bath, adjustable shower-over and built in designer wash area with huge mirror and WC.

The apartment has good accessibility with a single step entrance and no steps at all within the apartment itself. There are a few very wide steps down from the parking area to the apartment building. If you would like more information about this please contact me directly and we can discuss more!

All in all, 18 The Crags is a perfect Cornish haven, offering our guests a beautiful and thoughtfully designed space to relax, kickback and get away from it all... Gorgeous!

On the beach there is the opportunity to hire kayaks and paddle-boards (SUP) beach yoga and surfing lessons are also available. There is a fantastic beach cafe called ‘Life’s a Beach’ that serves excellent coffee, brunch and lunch, along with gifts, beach accessories and a large outdoor seating area.

Walking and exploring:

It goes without saying that one of Cornwall’s greatest assets is its South West Coastal path the UK's longest and best-loved National Trail. There are 6 official walks starting from Maenporth Estate taking in Rosemullion, Swanpool, Durgen, Helford Passage, Falmouth Docks and Pendennis Castle.

Everywhere in Maenporth itself is within easy walking distance.
For travels further afield a car is recommended.
We recommend pre-booking with Abacus cars - an excellent cab company based in Falmouth.
On -beach parking is available all year. This means you do not have to walk up and down the steep hill at the entrance to the apartment if you do not want to. This beach parking is free in low season and £4 a day during the busy summer months.

Vibrant Falmouth, with its wealth of shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries, music venues and museums is located approximately 3 miles away - 10 minutes drive.

There are tons of events and festivals throughout the year in nearby Falmouth. Ranging from alternative music, independent film and comedy, festivals, shanty festivals, oyster and tall ships, pride and food festivals, there is nearly always something going on!

Shopping deliveries to Maenporth are provided by Sainsburys and Asda (both in Falmouth) and Waitrose or Tesco (in Truro).
Please provide the driver with the entrance code which we will provide you with after booking.
Other things to note
Access to the exclusive Maenporth Estate is via a security gate ( code sent close to arrival) and a key safe outside the property.
We also send you an online registration form to fill in when you arrive.
There is plenty of free off road parking, on site recycling, even a wetsuit washing area!
EV charging points are available for you to use next to the leisure centre (approx one minute walk)
