Decent hotel but needs updating.
The hotel was clean but needs to be updated. We stayed in a townhouse and it was extremely limited in where to hang clothes, no place upstairs at all. The breakfast was the bare minimum you could provide, no lids for the coffee either. Staff was universally pleasant and friendly, which is always welcome.

The room was nice. The only negative thing for me was when checking in, the shield between me and the employee was preventing me from properly hearing what she was telling me. There should at least be an eye level opening to allow sound waves to pass directly to me. I am hearing impaired and this must be an issue for others like me.

We've stayed here several times. Staff is always accommodating. Pools are fantastic. During a slower week, we were even upgraded to poolside building for convenience for the kids. Prices are very fair. Breakfast is an awesome perk!

I’m normally a 5 star hotel guy and was worried about staying here. The room was clean and updated and comfortable. Check in was easy and I really have no complaints. My big thing is for the room and space to be newer and clean or else it freaks me out, and it was newer and clean. I’d stay again.

Eric at the front desk was very hospitable and friendly at check in and each time we saw him. The room was ready early so he let us check in. The room was updated and clean. The pool maybe could have been a bit more sparkly clean. other than that everything was great.

Overall the room and location were fine. The rooms were re modeled which you could still smell the paint but the room was so large and cavernous. Echoing and the outside door had no seal so light came in all around. No place to hang anything or to hang your towel in the bathroom. Not sure if they were still working on the room but missing a lot. Location was great and easy access to the main road and places of interest. Staff was very friendly.

We were in room L31. The exterior of the hotel is pretty run down but our room was recently renovated so that was nice. However, the bulbs in all fixtures were cold white and harsh and double the illumination called for. But overall the room was fine.

Our room was clean, affordable and spacious. My husband loved the breakfast waffles with the option of blueberries and chocolate chips! A lamp by the easy chair and a towel rack by the sink would have made this an excellent stay.The property has both an indoor and outdoor pool to accommodate both humid and dry weather.
