The property was clean and the staff person that greeted us was very pleasant. Really liked the walk-in shower, and that we had a refrigerator and microwave. I liked the security aspect of needing a room key to use the elevator. The guests across the hall from us were extremely noisy very early in the morning! I think parking should be free. There was someone standing near the door smoking when we arrived although there was a sign that said smokers should stand 25 feet away from door. Small design flaw include the toilet being too close to the bathroom door. Pictures made the room look much bigger than it actually is in person. (I did note the square footage on website) Overall a good stay. I would consider returning.

Don't book here until things get sorted. This hotel just opened this summer, and still has no clear signage. GPS will route you to a high-school behind the property and if youre not looking for the handwritten street sign, you may miss the street this place is on entirely because you wouldnt think to drive clear into the active construction zone its in! 😬 Once you do realize this building could only be the hotel and walk in, it looks like the first floor of an apartment complex, I guess? You have to go to the second floor to get to the bloody lobby, the keycarded elevator misfunctions consistently and the whole building gets locked down at 10 or 11pm. Need to park a vehicle? You're in for a shocker! The only parking is some public garage that you'll need to hoof through active construction to reach, and then it's $12/day. The hotel really ought to comp this until the construction is completed. The staff is just over it, and at all hours are just hiding in the back. Guess to some degree I can't blame them.

Great Stay
This hotel is brand spanking new. It was fantastic. Super clean, modern, rooms were spacious. The bathroom was a little tight but it was nice that there was a shower with no tub. We loved that the hotel was in a safe location, only thing is that it is tough to get to. We got there late at night and none of the signs were visible so we had to cruise around trying to figure out where it was. The hotel is on a street that is not yet on the map. Other that it being an active construction zone it was great. Although the noise was very minimal and did not bother us. The hotel is close to everything. 15 minutes to DC monuments. 6 minutes to Trader Joes and Giant. 2 minutes to Starbucks. It is very close to anything you need. If traveling by Uber you would need to enter the middle school address which is located next to the hotel then lead the driver to the hotel entrance. We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere even though the breakfast was free. There wasn’t much of a protein option. Oatmeal, DIY waffles and toast/bagels. They had premade breakfast sandwiches and omelets they did not look appetizing to us. Parking was in a garage not connected to the hotel and had a daily charge. Our rate was $12 a day. In order to access the garage you would need to take the elevator down to the ground floor and exit the building and walk for about a minute. To us this was not an issue. But I could see this being an inconvenience in bad weather.

This property is brand new and you can tell. It was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Customer service was good. Parking was not ideal, but wasn’t the worst. The drawback for me was the sound issues. You could literally hear everything in the hall and in the rooms around you. I didn’t get any sleep on my birthday because some parent allowed their child to yell and scream the ENTIRE night! I feel like this may have been taken care of maybe around 5am, but needless to say that part was horrible. Luckily my kids did sleep through the noise. If there isn’t there should definitely be a rule in place for that type of behavior, so others could have the peaceful stay they paid for.

This is a brand new facility. I’m certain we were the first guests to stay in our room. The interior is very nice, however, one can not walk to nearest restaurant due to the construction, a light bulb was not replaced on a bedside table, two carpet tiles in our room were heaving up, The TV NEVER worked probably due to its not being connected properly to the router (we assume). One of the two elevators in this 5 or 6 story building was sometimes not working, and taking the stairs didn’t work. Despite reporting some of these things to the desk, no repairs were made.

Great new all suite hotel located in what will be an awesome area. Currently, the amenities adjacent to the property are under construction. It is close to a metro stop and you can walk to a new Giant grocery store 10 minutes away. There is also a large retail area connected to the grocery store with many restaurants and a variety of shops and services, even a CVS.

This property is clean and new, the staff are nice and it’s a short walk to the metro. The only negative is that is not very sound proof between floors so you have to walk softly in your room or people below complain. I don’t believe this is the hotel owners fault, but a flaw in the building design. Which is why I am still giving them 5 stars.

This hotel was great overall. Very clean and had a new feeling (Oct 24) as it seemed recently opened in the middle of a block wide construction area with 2-3 tall buildings going up next to it. This made street parking a non-option … everything around was tow away zoned during the construction. The garage was nice but the entrance/exit was angled in such a way that a truck or large SUV would have maybe 1 foot of clearance on both sides to enter the garage…and you could tell many people were unsuccessful given the paint scrapes on the metal barriers blocking the entrance/exit. These should be moved back by 2 feet easily. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing…tons of choices and fresh! Easy walk to the grocery store 2 blocks away.
