I visit Fernley quite often to visit my grandkids, and every time, I choose to stay at this property because of its cleanliness, professional, warm, and friendly staff. My grandkids love buffet-style breakfast, especially when they serve bacon (one of the kids is a bacon lover).

Very nice. It’s like staying in a small, furnished apartment, including a microwave and mini-fridge. Even has a sitting area that comfortably holds four. Plenty of outlets with USB to charge things. A train goes by 1 or 2 times a night, no horn, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. It’s quiet otherwise. Despite the train, I got good rest thanks to the very comfortable bed. Fell asleep easily.

Upon checking in, Roger was delightful. Very kind, professional, and welcoming. When checking out, the General Manager came to the counter and appeared disturbed when I requested a printed copy of my receipt. No smile and was unfriendly.
