Upon checking in, Roger was delightful. Very kind, professional, and welcoming. When checking out, the General Manager came to the counter and appeared disturbed when I requested a printed copy of my receipt. No smile and was unfriendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights on either side of Burning Man. Comfy bed, rooms are clean. Only gripe was on the second part of our stay they closed the pool and we had chosen this place specifically for the pool for our little one to have something to do.
