Beautiful 3 bedroom private guest house with gorgeous salt water pool, jacuzzi, BBQ island and fire pit privileges to share with main house owners. Beautiful full kitchen and spacious living room. This home is on a quiet spacious 6 acre avocado grove and vineyard with paved private roads. Parking available in front of home. Conveniently located for visiting the nearby beaches in Oceanside or Carlsbad, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park or the many local wineries, golf courses and casinos.
This house feels like a comfortable home away from home. The dining area french doors open to a lovely deck overlooking the pool area and the back side of the main house on the property. The main house owners have two very friendly dogs who love to visit with guests. If you are a dog lover, they will bring you their favorite ball. You might enjoy practicing your golf putt, taking an afternoon stroll through the grove or down to the vineyard to check out our owl box. There are many cozy outdoor seating areas to enjoy reading a book or spending some quiet time relaxing in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings.
The pool, jacuzzi, backyard, BBQ island, 3 hole putting green, and fire pit are located inside the fenced yard between the main house and the guest house. These areas are shared with the owners who live in the main house. The pool and jacuzzi are a salt water system. If you wish to have the jacuzzi heated, there is a $25 charge for 2 hours of heating it and we need you to let us know about 1 hour prior to use so we can turn the heat on for you. WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL due to the high cost of propane. Trash bins are located in the front to the right side of the main house behind the pebble walkway. Please remove all trash and food items prior to checking out. Our plumbing is a septic system so please flush toilet paper only! No flushable wipes, No feminine products.
We will be available should you have any needs or requests during your stay as we reside in the large main house on the property. We will provide our best contact numbers to you upon check in.
We recommend our close by mexican restaurant (El Parque) with outdoor seating where they serve 14 different craft beers on tap. We also recommend Z Cafe, Estrella's and Casa Estrella (Mexican food with great Margaritas), Peking Wok (Chinese food), Fresco Grill (Fine Italian) and Village Pizza. There are several markets in town: Daniel's Market at Mission Rd and Hwy 76 is the closest shopping center, however, there is also Albertson's and Major Market near downtown Fallbrook. The historic downtown Fallbrook is a short 10 minute beautiful drive where you can shop and enjoy our quaint friendly town.

The base pricing is set for up to 4 guests. There is a charge of $50 per person per night for additional guests. There is 1 single futon/sofa bed in the Master bedroom and 1 single roll away bed upon request if a 7th or 8th guest are booked. Please be sure you book with the correct number of guests as the additional guest charges will automatically be added to your total.
We have a Pack n Play portable crib/playpen and portable high chair available on request. There is a $10 charge per stay for renting the pack n play.
The pool, jacuzzi, BBQ island and fire pit are shared with the owners of the main house. The jacuzzi takes approximately 30 minutes to heat (1 hour during winter months). You will need to let us know at least 1 hour prior if you wish to have us heat the jacuzzi for you.
There is a $25 charge to heat the jacuzzi for 2 hours due to propane gas heating costs. WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL due to the high cost of propane gas.

Pool hours 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Laundry facilities available at extra cost. Jacuzzi use has extra cost and must be requested approximately 30 minutes prior to use to allow time to heat it. Please do not pick fruit from the grove or vineyard. Parking will be designated in front of the attached guest house garage. Please remove all trash and food items prior to check out. Trash bins are located in the front towards the main house on the right side of the driveway behind the pebble walkway. Please turn thermostat off when going out and / or when leaving the house to help conserve energy. Laundry baskets are provided to put used towels in prior to check out.
Our yard and grove maintenance crews come weekly and are generally here on Sundays. Our pool maintenance crew is also weekly and generally comes on Wednesdays. The days for yard, grove, or pool maintenance may need to be changed to different days depending on our service providers' schedule needs.
There are two 24-hour motion activated security cameras located on the front of the property facing the driveway. They are for the safety of both guests and our property. They are on at all times. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras, are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
This property is located in a rural area with natural wildlife. It is possible, but not likely, to see coyotes, rabbits, skunk, possum, squirrel, mice, rats, snakes, lizards, vermin, raccoons, cats, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climate. Per AirBnB, Vrbo, other hosting platforms, and Direct Booking listing requirement, we are required to notify you of the possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a regular monthly pest control service to deal with these creatures. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via the Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover both inside our house or outside on our property. Many of these creatures are free roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring properties and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of the same.
