Our one-story, open-concept, spacious home was completely updated in 2022. The kitchen has modern appliances and a massive island for the entire family to gather around. There are large dining tables both indoors and outdoors.

The property includes an outdoor hot tub sports court with a basketball hoop; an outdoor game area with cornhole, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and more; and swings, slides, and a playhouse just for kids. The indoor recreation room includes a poker table, board games, and a kids play area with an enchanting castle bunk bed. Outside, nature will entertain you all day long! You will discover dozens of native plant species and wildlife, including hawks, hummingbirds, lizards, toads, and more.

Close to freeways, this house is the perfect home base for exploring the surrounding area, including nearby golf courses, the many wineries in Fallbrook and Temecula, the beaches in San Diego, and popular attractions like Legoland, the San Diego Safari Park, and Pechanga Casino.

Here's where you'll sleep:

Primary suite: This bedroom has a king bed and a pull-out twin sofa bed, with its own patio and views. There is a dressing area with a dresser and armoire and a separate office tucked away behind French doors - perfect for remote work! It is a comfortable space with vaulted ceilings, a dedicated heat/AC unit, and ceiling fan. The brand new primary bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and a large soaking tub with treetop views.

Sunrise bedroom: This east-facing bedroom has stunning views, a queen bed, desk, a ceiling fan, and plenty of closet space. The bedroom is down the hall from the fully remodeled guest bathroom.

Sunset suite: This woodland-themed room has a queen sleigh bed under a custom-made twin-XL loft crafted out of logs, along with a pull-out twin sofa bed. There are kids supplies in the closet, including a pack-and-play, toys and books, and a booster seat. There are other toys, books, puzzles, and games throughout the house. The bedroom is adjacent to a full bath with a bathtub and adjustable-height shower head, and the toilet has a built-in seat reducer for kids.

Rec Room: At night, the Rec Room can be used as a private bedroom with a dedicated AC/heat unit. There is a full-sized sofa bed and magical castle bunk bed with twin mattresses. The Rec Room is just down the hall from the guest bathroom. The massive double-dutch doors open to the sports court during the day.
