The location is a little sketchy. The front desk staff were fast, friendly, and efficient. The room was not dirty but was not in good shape. One of the lights above the bed was burned out. The light above the sink was also burned out. There was gang graffiti in on of the drawers of the dresser and carved into the toilet seat. The door to the bathroom didn't close and there was only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth in the bathroom. There was paint missing from the door to the room and from the bathroom door. And there was plaster missing from one of the walls.

The room itself was very dirty...the door didn't lock...it wasn't safe at all the person in office was behind bulletproof glass to check us in. We asked for a refund once we saw the room they refused...so we paid for this room on top of getting a different hotel as this was not clean or safe.

We stayed for one night arrived there at around 9pm, the guy staff was too busy doing other things he seemed annoyed that we were checking in. The area was very sketchy we kept checking our car and its overhead storage every couple of hours. There was no spot for our dog to use the bathroom. Lots of litter in the parking lot. The room is really dirty, random spots on the floor, sink, toilet, and bathroom. We wiped everything down before using. We just slept for a short time and left as quickly as possible. Will not stay there ever again.

This property is so dirty. Blood stains everywhere, clogged drains, mildew everywhere, no coffee service, crack pipe in the drawer. The workers were nice enough though.

Just a notch better than a motel 6
Used to be a decent area but now as of 2024 the area is over-run with homeless loitering around the parking lot and adjacent gas station. I am not exaggerating, there are dozens and one night it looks like an addict OD’d outside by the Tesla chargers and ambulance with stretcher carried her away. The bed had metal brackets that used to attach to something and my wife and kids cut their legs a few times. The shower surround had large cracks where the curtain rod had not been properly installed. The beds were fulls when listed as queens and the mattresses were not comfortable to me. The furniture seems to be about 20 years old so probably long due for some replacement unless they are going for the quaint antique look eventually? The overall cleanliness is noticeably lacking but not the worst you would expect in like a motel 6. The chlorine in the pool was pungently strong we didn’t even use it because worried it would lead to skin issues with my kids. Location is nice for Thornton but this property needs a change in management or it reflects the local labor situation. I don’t know just speculating it’s a little of both. IMP this place will shortly be a full on permanent residence housing for the homeless if it doesn’t go a different direction. If you like the location you might look in to the nearby double tree. It seems to be better managed but last time I stayed there the rooms were tight so decided to try this place. Next time we will just deal with the tight rooms

I didn't stay, the place is NOTHING like you see online, that place is DISGUSTING sooo dirty and bad I can believe is in your list of hotels the staff was rude, we found Roches as soon I walk in the room, we left immediately. I call your customer service to see if you can help but no answer

Hi it was good except that it said non smoking and our room smell like cigarettes all my clothes smells like that … the staff was very nice .. fast service I would of give it more stars but .. the cigarettes didn’t do it for me

The hotel was awful! For starters, the rooms that we were told would be together were on opposite sides of the building, which could be overlooked, except that there was a d**g deal going on outside one of the rooms we were staying in. The parking lot was full of questionable people and felt very unsafe. The rooms were both dirty, uncleaned and BOTH had the fire alarms torn from the ceiling!! Nothing but exposed wire and fire alarm mount. The door and the dead bolts were barely screwed into the frame. One of the bathrooms had mold growing in the shower and a full trash can. The hotel staff refused to refund my money, at least for the 2nd night that we would be canceling a day in advance, and when I asked what I could do he told me to "just call the number". We left shortly after seeing the condition the rooms were in and were scrambling to find hotel for the night. 0/10.. do not stay here!
